Please read the following regarding our rental and use policy:

All rates posted reflect one night's rental for 2 people in U.S. dollars. Additional people at a rate of $12.50 per night. The first two (2) children under 12 years of age are free. Each child thereafter (regardless of age) at a rate of $12.50 per night.

All holiday rates apply through the weekend of the week in which the holiday occurs. All reservations are considered tentative until your deposit arrives. Each rental is required to mail in a $200 deposit to secure the reservation. This deposit will be held as a cleaning and or damage deposit and will be returned by mail within 7 days of departure. Since we do not charge a cleaning or booking fee this is the only way we can protect these properties from abuse. Upon receipt of your $200 deposit, a written confirmation letter will be mailed to your address. If your deposit has not arrived within 5 "working days" of making the reservation, it will be automatically removed from our system. The deposit must be in the form of a personal check, money order or other secure funds. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards for this part of the reservation process, however, you may use a Visa or MasterCard for the balance upon arrival.

Some of our cabin and chalet owners will permit pets. However, we are required to contact the owner for approval prior to confirming a reservation. If approved, a nightly rate of $12.50 will apply for each pet, plus a deposit determined by the cabin owner. If you bring a pet without obtaining approval, your rental contract will be immediately cancelled and all monies paid will be forfeited to the cabin owner as payment for damage to return the cabin, by extensive cleaning and pest control, to a non pet facility. In addition, this expense may exceed the amount paid for rental and you will be responsible for these excess costs.

Rates for all homes may be slightly higher during periods of high demand. Also, some cabin owners may reduce rates during off season for longer stays. Until reserved, all rates are subject to change. Reserve early and avoid premium adjustments.

Cancellations:

The first night's rental and deposit will be forfeited on all cancellations! These homes are reserved by the cabin owner for your enjoyment. Just as you would expect the owner to honor your reservation, they expect you to fulfill the terms and exact dates you have requested. Since reservations arrive well in advance, a cancellation will result in a cabin sitting empty. An occurrence our owners cannot absorb. Please be certain of the exact dates before making a reservation. In addition, you will be responsible for the entire reserved period, regardless of the number of nights occupied. A reservation is a legal contract, to be honored in full by both you and the cabin owner.
